Monaco chief Vasilyev: We've beaten Chelsea for Golovin
AS Monaco have clinched the signing of CSKA Moscow midfielder Aleksandr Golovin.
The Russia international had an offer to join Chelsea, but the CSKA midfielder is heading to France in a 27m deal.
